When I finally received the Air Jordan Retro 4 Bred OG"s the box was damaged from poor shipping but the shoes looked awesome at first sight but upon further inspection there were some noticeable scuffs on the nubuck on the back of each heel on both shoes and also on the inside of the right top of thr shoe the lace eyelets were ripped. I reported this to DopeKicksWorld and received an email stating they would check with the manufacturer and start the exchange process right away...well that was over a week ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. I really liked the shoes I thought they were excellent except for the defects and when you're paying this kind of money for quality J's you should expect utmost excellence. Hence, that is why I don't want a refund just an exchange. Another problem is I'm going to get stuck with the return postage 🤬 So to summarize, I would give my current situation maybe one star...but if they rectify their mistake and exchange them for a defect-free pair then I would give them at least 4 out of 5 stars.
