AIR JORDAN 12 “BUCKS”

From PE to Public

AIR JORDAN 12 “BUCKS”

Before becoming one of the greatest shooters in NBA history, Ray Allen grew up admiring Michael Jordan. Years later, he entered the league, joined Jordan Brand, and competed against his childhood idol. That journey inspired the official name “Idols Become Rivals.” The colorway takes inspiration from Allen’s ultra-rare Air Jordan 12 PE from his Milwaukee Bucks era-a pair first seen in 2004 but never released to the public.

  • Release Date: September 19, 2026

Summit White leather gives the pair a clean foundation, while the textured Gorge Green mudguard brings the Bucks identity to the classic AJ12 silhouette. Fierce Purple branding and iridescent hardware add the finishing touch, shifting between green, blue and purple under different lighting. It is not an exact retro of Ray Allen’s PE, but its connection to his Milwaukee years is impossible to miss.

A PE Dream Finally Goes Public

For more than 20 years, sneakerheads could only admire this PE-inspired look through old game photos and rare collector images. On September 12, 2026, that exclusivity finally comes to an end. Clean enough for everyday wear but backed by real basketball history, the Air Jordan 12 “Bucks” offers collectors something more meaningful than another new colorway.

Once made for one player. Now available to everyone.
