Do I need to buy anything to earn daily points?
No purchase is needed. Sign in, tap the red medal button at the bottom-left of the DopeKicksWorld website, open Ways to Earn, and tap Claim on the daily visit activity to collect 10 points.
Does visiting the website automatically give me daily points?
Visit each day and tap Claim in the daily visit activity. Simply browsing the website does not replace the claim step.
Where do I find the activities and available rewards?
Open the red button with the medal icon at the bottom-left of the screen. Select Ways to Earn to see the available activities and the instructions for receiving each reward.
Do I need to type in my tier discount code?
No. Your tier discount code is automatically applied at checkout when you sign in to the account linked to your membership. Check the discount in the order summary before completing payment.
What discount does each tier receive?
Member receives 7% OFF, Silver 10% OFF, Gold 15% OFF, and Diamond 20% OFF. Your checkout reward follows your current membership tier.
How do I reach the next tier?
Earn qualifying points through purchases and the available earning activities. Silver starts at 350 points, Gold at 1,000 points, and Diamond at 1,500 points. Check the tier table above for all the benefits.
When do I earn referral points?
The 500-point referral reward is earned after a friend uses your referral link and completes their first purchase. Follow the referral instructions in the loyalty panel.
What if Claim or my checkout discount is missing?
Confirm you are signed in to the correct membership account. For daily points, check whether the reward has already been claimed or is not yet available. If the issue continues, contact support@dopekicksworld.com. For a missing checkout discount, contact support before completing payment.
